Installment One: The Honda Legend (or Acura Weird Letter Combination), I'll stick to the Honda because I think it looks nicer.
For you (especially in the US) it is just another large Japanese car, it might even be slightly beige. But here the only large cars we get/got are the super expensive ones, there is almost no middle ground in used luxury sedans.
I quite like it, despite the fact that I have never been near one.

They don't sell well at all here. That's cause for $50k, there are dozens and dozens of better cars... even ones that are $10k less.

$50k and Honda just don't match. How many $45k Hyundai Genesis sedans do you see? Or what about the new $70k Kia. A $70k KIA

I should have mentioned that I was talking mainly about the older ones, so used car market mainly.

Old people hold onto their cars.

I see a lot more Genesis than RL/RLX.

I always had a soft spot for this gen. Classy and restrained. The gen in your lead pic howether looks like a bloated version of my car.

That Legend had presence that none of its successors could manage.

It's a heresy to say that but they always reminded me of this. Not that this is a bad thing.

Acura Rl's of this generation are rare in Canada and they retain their value quite well. These had on of the most beautiful interiors of any sedan IMO. And the AWD made it a great performer in the snow too.
